July 4th !ndependence

Spent the 4th o’July in the "Man of Aran" cottage on the Aran island Inishmor. The place was built for a movie made in the 40’s and has been run as a B&B for the last 16 years. We were not the only Americans staying there. At least 15+of us had dinner together & breakfast this a.m. Mom learned to knit a certain way so she was very happpy & I got to go on an 8+ mile walk about the isle. Weather was stormy.
