I’m published!

Well friends, it happened – finally, I’m published. Not self-published, but paid & published by a periodical. I have had journal articles published before but I was not paid for them, so, to my mind, they don’t count. I have been trying to get published for over a year and I admit I was starting to get a little discouraged that it was taking so long. It happened mostly because I volunteer a little bit at the Chandler Herb Garden, which is located inside the San Diego Wild Animal Park and I wrote an article about the garden that was purchased by the ZooNooz. My article appears in the August ’07 issue. All I really have to say is "Whoo-hoo"!
